1. General Provisions

1.1 The use of online shopping rules (hereinafter - the "Rules") is a legally binding document that sets out the Customer's (hereinafter - "the Purchaser") and Ltd. "Sidabras925" (hereinafter - "Seller") between the rights, duties and responsibilities to buyer before purchasing goods and (or) services Seller online store www.balticjewellery.eu (hereinafter - "El. store).

1.2 The Rules are applies to the buyer in any manner or form used by El. Shop: provides personal data or other E. store data in E. Store, offers custom products and those products payment, stores the information, or differently use the E. store (all further in common- the "Services").

1.3 The Buyer is not given the opportunity to present the order in E. store, if the buyer is not familiar with the Rules. In all cases, it is considered that by registering or joining (speedy-order) Purchaser is familiar with the rules and unconditionally and irrevocably undertake to follow them. If the buyer does not agree unconditionally and irrevocably to accept and comply with all the obligations imposed by these Rules, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to any of the Services and the buyer is not registered in the system.

1.4. E- Shop is exempted from any liability in cases of loss due to the fact that the Buyer, regardless of provided recommendations and its commitment, is unacquainted with E. Stores rules, although he has been given such an opportunity.

1.5 The Seller reserves the right at any time to change the rules. Buyer apply to the rules which are valid at the time of booking.

1.6. Persons that has the right to buy:

1.6.1 Individuals older than 18 years of age, which is not limited to insanity in court and authorized representatives. Younger than 18 years persons could only buy goods in E. Store with a parent or guardian consent, except when they themselves dispose of their own income.

1.6.2 Entities and authorized representatives.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 In order to order goods from the Online Store, the Buyer must register or log in (quick order) by entering a username and password. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide personal data necessary for order fulfillment: the Buyer’s name and surname, delivery address, email address for order status notifications, telephone number, delivery and payment methods, and other information required for the Seller to properly provide the Services.

2.2 All information related to personal data provided by the Buyer for order fulfillment is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed. The Seller undertakes not to disclose such information to third parties, except for Seller’s partners providing services related to order processing, payment, and delivery, or other services directly related to the submission or fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. Any other disclosure of the Buyer’s personal data to third parties shall be coordinated with the Buyer. In all other cases, personal data may be disclosed only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2.1 Data provided during registration, login (quick order), or newsletter subscription may be used for direct marketing purposes of the Online Store. Direct marketing refers to information related to the Online Store and its activities (services or goods) provided to the Buyer via email.

2.2.2 A Buyer who does not agree to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes may withdraw consent in the following ways:

2.2.2.1 By deleting personal data from the Online Store by clicking the “Delete data” link in the account login area. This option is available only when the Buyer logs in using their username and password.

2.2.2.2 By notifying the Online Store staff via email at hello@balticjewellery.eu, indicating their name, surname, and login username, and expressing the wish to stop processing personal data for direct marketing purposes.

2.2.3 Upon receiving such a request, the Online Store undertakes to immediately cease the use of the Buyer’s personal data for direct marketing purposes.

2.2.4 The Buyer has the right to access information about collected personal data, how it is processed, for what purpose, and to whom it has been provided during the last year. To review such data, please contact the Online Store using the contact details provided on the website.

2.3 By registering or logging in (quick order) and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep login credentials confidential and log out after using the Online Store services. The Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and entitled to place orders. If the Buyer discloses login details to third parties or fails to log out, the Seller shall not be held liable for any resulting consequences.

2.4 By registering or logging in (quick order), the Buyer grants the Seller the right to collect, store, systematize, use, and process all personal data provided directly or indirectly, in any manner not prohibited by Lithuanian law, in accordance with these Rules.

2.5 By familiarizing themselves with these Rules, the Buyer confirms being informed that cookies and technical files necessary for the proper functioning of the Online Store will be stored on their device.

2.6 The Seller has the right at any time, without prior notice, to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the Services or to discontinue the operation of the Online Store.

2.7 Buyer data is stored for 2 (two) calendar years from the date of the last purchase. After this period, the data is deleted and no longer used.

3. Order Confirmation and Conclusion of the Sales Contract

3.1 The Buyer’s order is considered confirmed, and the sales contract concluded, when the Buyer reviews the Rules, registers or logs in (quick order), creates a shopping cart, provides personal data, selects a payment method, and clicks “Confirm order”.

4. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

4.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the Online Store in accordance with these Rules.

4.2 The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay for the goods and delivery.

4.3 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and assumes responsibility for consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate data.

4.4 The Buyer must safeguard login credentials and notify the Seller immediately if there is suspicion of unauthorized access. All actions performed using the Buyer’s credentials are considered actions of the Buyer.

4.5 If registration data changes, the Buyer must update it.

4.6 The Buyer must use the Online Store only for its intended purpose and must not disrupt its operation.

5. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

5.1 If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation of the Online Store, the Seller may cancel registration or suspend access without notice.

5.2 The Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the Online Store without prior notice.

5.3 The Seller must ensure proper conditions for using the Online Store services.

5.4 The Seller must deliver paid goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

5.5 If delivery is impossible due to significant circumstances, the Seller shall offer an alternative product or refund the Buyer within 14 days.

5.6 The Seller must protect Buyer data and use it only for order fulfillment and store operation purposes.

5.7 The Seller is not responsible for content or activities on third-party websites linked from the Online Store.

6. Goods and Pricing

6.1 Product features and prices are displayed next to each product.

6.2 Product information is provided for informational purposes only.

6.3 Delivery costs are not included unless specified. Free delivery applies when the order amount meets the stated threshold.

6.4 Product appearance may vary due to monitor settings.

6.5 The Seller reserves the right to change prices and product assortment.

6.6 The Seller delivers the quantity specified in the order and is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect Buyer input.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

7.2 Payment must be made within 2 business days after order confirmation.

7.3 Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer at a bank branch

  • Online banking transfer

  • PayPal

  • Gift vouchers

7.4 The Seller is not liable for bank or PayPal system failures or Buyer payment errors.

8. Delivery

8.1 Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense according to applicable rates.

8.2 Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8.3 Delivery time: 2–3 business days (up to 10 calendar days). Delivery available in Lithuania and EU countries.

8.4 The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery and note any damage.

8.5 Goods are considered delivered once handed to the Buyer.

8.6 If goods do not meet order requirements, the Buyer must contact the Seller within one day.

8.7 If delivery fails due to incorrect Buyer information, the Buyer must compensate related losses.

8.8 Failure to comply with obligations gives the Seller the right to cancel the contract and claim damages.

9. Returns

9.1 Returns are governed by Lithuanian legal acts.

9.2 Defective goods may be returned within 7 business days.

9.3 Quality goods may be returned within 14 days, except for items excluded by law (including jewelry made of precious metals).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days.

9.4 A purchase confirmation document must be included with all returns.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights to www.balticjewellery.eu belong to the Administrator unless stated otherwise.

10.2 Trademark rights belong to UAB “Sidabras 925”, registered with the State Patent Bureau of Lithuania.

10.3 Use of website content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Communication

11.1 The Seller communicates using the email address or phone number provided by the Buyer.

11.2 The Buyer contacts the Seller using the details in the “Contacts” section.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania under Lithuanian law.
